Today I visited Miot International Chennai. I asked for Emergency Consultation and they took me to emergency room and made a consultation.
While my attender was not allowed inside and attender was treated very rude manner by your hospital staff.
Later a person for PRO team came to me and asked me to pay INR 50, 000 explaining the knee injury diagnose process. They asked me to pay without even a doctor consultation.
Later upon that a doctor came to my bed and he was asking about my injury and left the place.
The rude behaviour from hospital management made me feel that Miot is not a place for good treatment and i opted to leave the premises without taking the treatment.
After sometime a bill came and in the bill it was billed as Dr. Ramprasad J has came to diagnose me and I had a consultation from him, I was really shocked after seeing that bill.
Dr. Ramprasad never came to meet me and without even seeing a doctor they made a bill and forced me to pay the consultation fee for Dr. Ramprasad without even seeing his face.
Kindly show me the proof that when Dr. Ramprasad J visited me and diagnosed.
This kind of scam is happening in the hospital and I want a immediate resolution from your hospital end on the same.
