[Resolved] Miracas — Defected Product Delivered And No Response : MIRACAS | |||
Hello there, I have ordered one dress worth RS: 1790 from miracas.com. The product had been delivered on 20/10/2014. I have paid via COD. Once I have opened and have cross checked the product, its totally disgusting : 1.First of all not all good in quality 2. Color is exactly different 3.Cut mark on the belt Approaches I have followed up to resolve the issue: 1.I have initiated the return email to the email id given on the miracas website ([protected]@miracas.com) on the same day 20/10/2014 and keep on re-sending. 2. Keep on posting message on the their website from my login dashboard 3. Keep on calling customer care at[protected], but system generated message is getting heard i.e. All customer executives busy Hence I am not sure where to log the Complaints else.
