I orders for some clothing’s after payment after 2 weeks they changed their strategy saying they material u ordered are out of stock than reorder other products same way after another 2weeks repeated the process, may be 4 times reordering and endless try to their customers care never ever they pick up the phone, at last they changed website saying upgrading and gave coupons of worth of my money online itself and when we try to order online with those coupons it says u have no coupons and finally they cheated and i left the chase

Sir you was again cut my money from miracas wallet 4190. Few year ago i was order here a coat of rs 4190. Bt you was not reached my order to me then one year ago you was return my money in miracas wallet. Nd again i buy one coat of rs 3150 bt again you do same to me. You cut my money bt my product was not reached to me till now. And u also not refund my full amount of rs 4190. If you not take action seriously on my product then i will take action against you, i will complaint in consumer court against you

The products is not delivered, by april 2019 they erase my order from the miracas account and they didn't reply to my message and now the miracas website is no more to be found.

I have ordered 4 blazers from miracas.com one and half months back for 10230 rupees. But, now the site has vanished, and there are no updates neither the mobile app is working.

Do reply back, as i have made this order using facebook login so i didn't receive any order number. All the information is on the website, but even thats not working.

I ordered a black dress last year... The dress doesnt fit me... Since u told me that you dont have a pick up service i sent the parcel back through indian post... U cleared up all my orders detail... I want my refund amount... Why is the reason for deleting all my order details... I thot ur company is trustable... U replied to my msgs... Why did u delete everything... This is with reference to the order #172682. The amount of the order is rs. 1112 and it was a red formal dress. It is indicated on the website that order will take 2-5 working days for custom clearance at new delhi airport. Now, it's been 7 days, i have not received my order.
I ordered the product on 4 may 2019.
Their customer care number and address is fake. Also, they provide an email address of customer relationship person and that is also fake. I want refund for this order.

I have ordered a formal blazer on 27th april and also have paid 990 inr for it. Till date i didnt receive the product and no single update on that. Looks like this is a fake company. Either deliver my product to me asap or refund back my money. Here is the payment id - pay_conjuqzh3fbmyc paid through razor pay. I need a response on this immediately. There is not way either to track the status of the product on website. The # website doesnt even show the orders made under my account. How will we get to know. Also, when i try to contact the customer care number it doesnt gets connected at all. The chat/ messaging system says it is not real time chat this is an absolutely # system. How can a customer contact a representative then? No calls will be connected, messages will not be answered. But payment gets deducted immediately. Waiting for your response. Will never do this mistake by ordering in this fraud website again in my life.

I have ordered a jacket on 19 feb 2019 but till today i have not received any reply or product regarding my order.

There is no inner respect thats coming for you guys. Very much disappointed with your services, i have order a jacket 2 and half months back and order #172108 is the order number. It is in customs clearance since long time.

What the hell you folks are doing, do you really have any sense? Thee are no replies to mails, facebook messenger complaints, customer care number is fake.

Just cancel the order and send money to the same account asap or just deliver the product soon.

I am gonna wait for just some more days and then proceed further to a consumer complaint. Its really irresponsible act and there shouldn’t be any such e-commerce site operational in india.

On 18 dec 2018, i placed an order and my order is #170239.

I had tried to contact the miracas many times through app messages, emails and contact number.

I emailed at carol. [protected]@miracas.com and [protected]@miracas.com and contacted at customer care number [protected].

Emails and contact numbers are fake and did not work at all.
For the app messages, i did not get any response in return!

From 3rd jan 2019 onwards, my order is undergoing custom clearance in new delhi.

But i have not received my order till today.

Please refund my money back!

I have placed an order of two blazers on nov 28th. Order number : 169629.
It's been almost 5 months. It is not delivered yet.
This is so mean that you are taking almost months to deliver our blazers. And the most worst part is that there is no working contact number for miracas. I don't want your vouchers/blazers i want the money refund to my account.
