Miracas — Did not receive purchased item. | |||||
I ordered a blazer worth Rs. 3690 (Order Number: 073182) from Miracas International on 13th December 2015. Estimated delivery date was given as 29th December. I have not received the item till now i.e., 7th January 2016. I have tried to call the customer care twice everyday but got no reply. I sent at least 3 messages to them but no reply there as well. I want my money to be refunded back to my bank account as I don't need the item now.
