I ordered 2 leather jackets on 22.11.2014 for which I initially got a conformation from EBS, also from my bank that the transaction was successful, but soon after I got the mail from EBS stating that my transaction was incomplete. They didn't even mention the delivery date on the bill. On contacting there customer care services I was made to wait for long hours. I want my money back. Don't want the jackets.
