Miracas International — fraud maracas... please do not shop from this company

I guess this is a fraud company. It's been 4 months i ordered the bag and it shows the same message as stuck with customs. My order number is order #115265. They are not refunding the amount in the bank account. My friends live in pune and asked them to check whereabouts of company and they said that there is no such company in that address. Can you please suggest me how to sue this company and get it closed so that no one from india gets cheated like me?

No..they are neither delivering the product nor refunding to my account. It's been 4 months and the amount is 1990. They are cheating with wrong address.
