Miracas International — I have been charged twice for one transaction ( order no 57391)

Hi .Actually today I did shopping on their site under order no 57391 but unfortunately during transction first time it showed transction failed & next time it was sucessful but they charged me during both transctions. Kindly tell me what is the procedure to get my amount back as I called customer care they are not responding.
