I have cancel my order on 17 Jul 2017 but yet company not
refunded my money. This is 2nd time with me

i have attached all photo copy message from company and me with this Complain.

nandlaljaiswal's response i have done my payment as price 2490Rs of my order stylish velvet sleeves jacket[protected] through credit card on 18 july2017 but still my order is not deliverd on my address

but it is not delivered yet now. my order no. 108715.when i tracked my order, it showing- my order is pending with Indian customs at Delhi international airport till 3august.
i request you to please deliver my order.
