Miracas International — my order not received order#169745

I ordered product from miracas almost year back and till now i havn't received my order. My order id is order #169745. I tried contacting them via multiple way but no response. They are simply playing with customers. I reaching them via customer case phone, email, online chatting but no result. I paid 2890 via credit card for few order. While tracking it showed product stuck on custom clearance at new delhi after that i didn't got any update. They are not providing any details.
