Miracas International — *need of refund from miraca account to my bank account

My name is kiruba and my phone number is [protected] there is rs2500 in my miraca. I need that amount to be refunded in my account. I have tried a lot to transfer that amount from my wallet to bank account. Could you please help on this and please assist on this to be done properly. So i request you guys to track this problem asap. If you guys are not able to do please let me know about this.
