I haresh, putting word here, i have never seen such poor response. after keeping customer money they are not delivering product.

Moreover i have tried to reach customer care but no luck.

as goods is coming from outside india so they are taking more time to deliver. Yes they have to improve service as lot to make business and customer happy.
