I placed the order #61216 on January 8 2017 and have still not received it. The order status has been saying "pending with Delhi customs airport" since January 24 2017. They haven't responded in spite of me pinging them on Facebook multiple times. Their customer service number is unreachable. They have not responded to my emails either. I have been following up god knows how many times. Kindly help.

Updated by Harry9486 Another point that I forgot to mention is that I made the payment online. I am also unable to demand a refund before no one is responding to my communication. Kindly help expedite in getting my order or a refund. Many thanks.
