Miracas International — Order not delivered not even my money

I had placed an order in Dec 2016 of two dresses. Order number was 55191 One off shoulder black dress & One embroidered solid colored dress. I received black shoulder dress but it was loose so i had to return it & i had courier the same to your address which was given to me over email. Post that i got a confirmation that you guys have received the same at your end. & the second one i had never received. They say they have refunded back but nothing is showing in my statement.
