Miracas International — order not received till date

I have placed my order on 12th october. This is my order number order #131489. I was supposed to get my product by 25th october. But i was said that due to some issue with indian customs in delhi my product delivery will delayed by 2-5 working days. It's more than 7 working days, but i didn't receive my product. I have sent a mail, i have sent message but no reply. I tried calling customer care, donno why everytime all the representatives are busy. I want my product asap.
I[censored] r not delivering my product just refund my money to my bank account not to wallet which is of no use.
