I have booked a product on 20th of December.
Estimated delivery date was 5th of January, till date i have no confirmation, no clue, no information about the product nor about my money. There is no response from the customer service department.no reply to their online chat system. I have already paid money through netbanking. Kindly help us out.. to get our money or the product.
