I have placed order on Nov 29, 2016 and expected Dispatched date was Dec 16, 2016 from Delhi as mentioned on tracking chart and when i logged for checking Dispatch status, it says 'Your order is undergoing Custom Clearance in New Delhi." and "Delayed due to uncontrolled circumstances. Your order is pending with Indian Customs at the Delhi International Airport. We are in the process of clearing the shipment on your behalf. This can take 2-5 working days depending on various parameters. Please note that there is no additional cost as customs clearance is a free service provided by Miracas International...order no. Is 41789 for a Korean winter warm padded jacket. Please take necessary action. I am spreading a word through Facebook, what's app and Twitter not to buy from this website and asking my friends to post on their walls too. Need action asap. Was this information helpful? | |||||
