Miracas International — product not received and payment not refunded | |||||
I placed an order on august 31, 2017 for a pair of crocodile pattern leather shoes - 8831-1 colour grey - size 5 and quantity - 1. The order is "delayed due to uncontrolled circumstances. Your order is pending with indian customs at the delhi international airport. We are in the process of clearing the shipment on your behalf. This can take 2-5 working days depending on various parameters". The order was supposed to be delivered by september 18, 2017 and it hasnt come yet. Messages to miracas have no response. I cannot reach the customer care executive because it keeps saying all executives are busy and then the phone gets disconnected. My desirable resolution of the complaint - issue a refund of my money rs. 1890. Was this information helpful? | |||||

You have lost your money. They won't refund to your bank account. They will do it in the Form of credits which you can never use them.
