Hi, i ordered a black velvet dress on 18th December 2016. Mr Order no is #53672. I have not received this product till today. Have sent messages as well but no reply. calling the customer care number every single day, yet the number is busy all the time. I was expecting to receive this product in 10 - 15 working days from the date of order. Now its almost a month ans still waiting for the same. Please take necessary action.
