Miracas International — Product Returned but refund Not Initiated

My name is Ravi. My mail id is ravi.s.[protected]@gmail.com I have ordered winter jacket with order #44510 from online website of Miracas. And have returned the product through Trackon courier as the fitting is not good. and they have received the product. I have sent several messages to them but they are not responding. The customer care number is[protected]. and every time I get only one recorded message "All our reps are busy, please call back". I have sent several messages to respond and return the amount of Rs.2, 456.50 + Rs. 200 (courier charges) into the account or issue a voucher so that I can go for the next purchase with them. Still they are not responding. Please, do the needful at the earliest.
