I have placed an order, Order Number 40499 for a jacket on 17th nov, 2016. 26 days has passed but the order not yet received. I am attaching the image as well. Many times called on their Customer Support Number :[protected], but all the representatives are busy, all the time ! No one picks up the call and no one answers at all. I regularly check the status of the order . It is at Delhi Customs, stuck for 2 weeks ? When it will be cleared and when it will be delivered ? I paid Rs 4128 :(, my hard earned money :( Please make the order reach me, complete the delivery, so that I can get the ordered Product. Site had good product, but such delay & bad service is making things worse. :( Clear the order from Custom and send it to the given address. I paid for that
