Miracas International — returned the product but voucher is not issued | |||||
I ordered one product which got delivered after one and half month. But it was a defective one. Since they didn't have reverse pick up facility, so i sent back the product via courier. It has been successfully delivered to miracas but still they have not issued the voucher in my name. Whenever i call the customer care, one standard reply 'all our customer care executives are busy'.
