I placed an order on 28th november 2016. I ordered for small collared leather sleeved side pocket zipper jacket order number #45167 and i paid an amount of rs 2290 through credit card. And till date ie 11th january 2017 i haven't got any information regarding my order. I tried thousand times calling at customer care but they replies me with computer generated voice saying that "all the lines are busy". Neither do they replies back my messages. I am tracking my order till date and it shows that from 14th december its still undergoing custom clearance at delhi.

i need an update or else refund my money back.
