Miracas — No product delivered since 2 months : worst company ever came across

I had ordered a Blazer from this website. Order No : 069481 The company policy is to refund the order amount if delivery fails within 45 days. I placed the order on 16th Oct 2015 and now its over 45 days. Payment done : 3790.00 INR I called customer care (Shruti)([protected]) 20 -30 times and they keep saying that the order will be dispatched next day. Now its over 45 days and they are not delivered the order nor refunding the money back. Please don't ever buy from this website, as this a fraud company http://miracas.com/

Where do you come to know that if they are unable to order within 45 days then you will get the refund?

my order is not dispatched yet

sir i hv ordered a jacket on 23/12/2014 with order no;Miracas order #51573 .but my order is not dispatched yet .as usual processing time is 7-10 days but its almost 15 days..plzzz dispatch my order as soon as possible. :)
