I placed my order on 19/9/2015, it has been almost a month, no sight of the item anywhere. I have placed numerous call to their customer care number, they either give me different reason every time or they cut the call instantly. I have been receiving wrong updates always and blunt answers that i will get my payment 45 days back, somebody please tell these that it is not about the payment, i ordered something for my fiance's birthday and their website clearly mentions max 12 days and this is the thing that has pissed me off now. I am going to file a lawsuit against this website citing fraud and unacceptable customer service. I am in discussion with a law regulations now need to be done and the actions taken accordingly.
