I, Mr. Timir Chowdhury, belongs to Agartala, Tripura, did a Agreement with Mirik Healthfoods Pvt. Ltd at New Delhi for taking of C&F of Mizoram & Manipur, on 24th of June, 2016, with a clear commitment that, I can be able to start my business from August, 2016. The company person was that time Mr. Vinod Dubey (GM) and Manoj Debnath (ASM of Tripura Division) But, as the days goes on, no progress was there from their side. Neither I got the necessary papers for VAT/CST nor, select any Super Stockist for that region (according to agreement paper). While, I had pressurized by them to take a goodown and a staff before commencement of business, which costs also be Bourne by them . That's why, I took a Goodown by Rs.1 lakh security deposit and Rs. 25, 000/- rent per montha and a staff on monthly salary based on 5th of August, 2016 & the copy of agreement and staff biodata has sent to them trough original hard copy.
Despite all of abovementioned efforts, they did not gave any documents like VAT/CST Papers of the company nor any products for starting of my C&FA business nor tried to contact me since then to till date. Though I tried to communicate them several times and get some clear feedback regarding the above mentioned issues, but was unable to get any satisfactory response from their side.
when it was getting very difficult for me to maintain the monthly expenditures without starting any business/profit. I bound to cancel my agreement and done it on 20th November 2016, followed with all official process & Documentations. As per the terms & condition of C&FA Agreement, the 3 months notice period has been over on 20th February, 2017. Unfortunately, I did not being refunded a single penny from the company till date and its already 7 years completed.
