I invested in mirik health foods (P) ltd new delhi in the year 2005. Then their rsm. S. P. Singh appointed me as a c& fa for punjab. I lodged a case against them at jalandhar but now the case is shifted to delhi for recovery and we don't know about their whereabouts. If anybody knows their contact no. Plz inform.

I am yogesh saraf from bhopal i had joined mirik on 12th of nov 2016 they had told that after 21 days you will be given ur employee id and your expences will be reimbursed but still they not done so. And now they not condernating properly. So please help me to get my money. I am from a very poor family and i manages some money to go for the traning. They offered me the asm with salary of 40000/- pm. So its my humble request to please help me out. My expences are of 4500/-. If any body is willing to join this company so please be cautious.

They have provided me the RSM position for Telangana asked me to come down to New Delhi and after going there they have given me the appointment letter and all. for two months i was going on following up them for my salary and travel expense but they have cheated me by not providing the salary. after reading the reviews of the company then i have understood that they do the same to all of the people. many complaints have been registered on the name of company. even now i have the appointment letters and all with me i can produce them as a proof.

I was also given an offer for asm and ask me to join in training in delhi for 2days with my own expenses... Though i had every doubts when a person taking interview didnot speak english properly...
Be careful every job seeker or experienced fellow who would get call from mirik food and private ltd...
Initially they were talking about some biotec company. How funny it was that the interview took only 10mnts...
So never ever think to join or invest in this fake agency... These guys should be behind bars...
May i request the delhi govt/police to take stringent action against them.

I, joydeep sarkar was working with a company named honiton industries inc. As a sales officer-east since may'14 till january'16. Suddenly in the mid of january'16 i've received a call from new delhi introduced as the hr of mirik healthfoods & told that my cv has been shortlisted for the position of regional sales manager-east & my salary would be rs.33, 000/-p. M. As that time the undersigned was drawing salary rs.18, 000/=p. M. & the salary offered by them was quite higher in comparison the undersigned had gladly accepted the offer. Then the head of the hr of mirik asked me to make a trip for training at new delhi by train, by ac 2 tier only and the entire reimbursement for the tour would be reimbursed at their office. As per their instruction, the undersigned had traveled their delhi office, address, 105, new delhi house, 27, barakhamba road, new delhi-110001 & got the training. Please note, the undersigned also hired a hotel also at new delhi for stay from his own pocket also. But at office, when the undersigned had asked them for the delhi trip expenses reimbursement they had replied that the expenses only can be reimbursed only after submitting the all relevant paper in their own format. They have also given a bunch of visiting card & asked the undersigned to arrange to print his own name & designation & send the bill also for the reimbursement. However, the undersigned had joined with the company from 15.02.2016 & started his jobs very sincerely. He had also submitted all his expenses bills in their own format & sent by courier to their delhi office address. On 06th may, 2016, as per the terms & conditions of the company, the undersigned had called mr. Amit sahu, the all india business manager that neither the undersigned had received his salary nor the delhi expenses alongwith d. A. S as described in his appointment letter. Mr. Sahu told that as the undersigned is a new employee in the company in the company it would take more 7 to 8 days time to get the salary & other reimbursement amount. Here also please note, the courier which has been sent to delhi office of mirik, by first flight courier vide c/n no. E991b1261050 dated 10.03.16 & the same document has been already delivered to their office as on 12.03.16, which has been received by harleen kaur, any of their employees. However, in this contentious complementary & making understand by cool words, the entire march’16, the undersigned had given his full effort to work properly with mirik. On 2nd april, 2016 when he has found that the undersigned is working without salary & remuneration with his employer, he has been forced to discussed with the general manager of the company, mr. Vinod.In the span of the 10 minutes discussion, last 1 minute when the undersigned had requested the g. M. For his salary for half of february & full march’16 with other reimbursement, the g. M. Has instructed the undersigned to submit his resignation immediately & he was not ready to listen my single word even. The undersigned immediately tried to call mr. Amit sahu & mr. Rajiv kumar but their all mobile nos. Were either switch off or not responding. Till date, despite my almost 15 to 16 times emails with kind request to atleast to reimburse the salary for february, 16 from 16th to 29th & entire may’16 alongwith the d. A. S for each working days and other misc. Expenses like card printing & others with telephone calls till date, i’ve not receive even a paisa from my employer. I donot have any allegation for the sudden termination from service but atleast the expenses has been done from my pocket alongwith my working days salary should be reimbursed.


As the documentary evidence, the undersigned is sending herewith the appointment letter provided by mirik for your kind perusal.

actually this company is delhi based ayurvedic company name is MIRIK HEALTH FOOD PVT LTD, , , , this is a fmcg company, three month before i got call from the company that they are looking for area manager in bangloe i got chance it then they call me to come delhi for 2 days training, i went to delhi with my expense, but there was no any training only they talk with me formaly and director of this company mr tiwari tak with me then after they confirm my appointment as area manager banglore, in appointment latter there is written that i have to report banglore head office, but when i reached banglore then i come to know that there is no any office i have to work with home, i have to make cnfa, and suprtstockiest and disde tributer but they not provide any documents, i have to meeting with 4 person every day otherwise they count as absent, and i have to sent online report on websit,
after one month when i want my salary they told it will come next month i was waiting for that i have sent the so many client, but suddenly my online reporting login id closed when i asked for that they told any technicalproblem is happening u send ur report as mail, i was sent all report on mail, , , [protected]@gmail.com ... is mail id, , , , , again when after the 2 month when i want my salary then they told that they will not release my salary they blocked my number, , , , , ,

After knowing the truth, don't worry, keep patience and be careful regarding any lump sum deposit/payment for C & F / Consignee. Beware of Such Fraud act: I worked for Mirik Healthfoods Pvt.Ltd, Delhi as ASM.I was selected by their two management people through telephonic and Skype interview. During initial training I was called to Delhi where after a two day training, I was given Job-Offer as ASM. The objective of working for the concern was to set up a distribution network in Karnataka, that is, one C&F Agent and 5 to 6 Consignee Agents in major cities of Karnataka. As per the Agreements, the C&F Agent has to pay Rs.24 Lac and for the post of Consignee Agents, they wanted an investment of Rs.12.00 Lac.Under the economic and industry-wise specific conditions, after meeting number of related business people only two came forward, with their conditions for demanding surety for their investment.The Company rejected these demand and they were uncompromising.I went on working, there was no circular to stop the work earlier, although regular reports were being sent and Expense Statement was sent with actual copies of vouchers, all of a sudden my reporting id was blocked and I have been removed from my post without giving any reason. For a complete month plus the expenses I incurred up to the last day, the total amount comes to Rs.58, 000.00.I did not received a dime till day.The photocopies of reports(Daily Call Reports), Expense Statements and vouchers are lying with me.This company is using people(Citizens of this country) just to gain their success and throwing them apart when their selfish interest is not me. Dear all I am Debanjan Mukherjee, I have joined this company as RSM West bengal on 1st June 2015 from the position of BM (1st line) in Ranbaxy. I have visited new delhi 3 times and not received a single expense reimbursement. After seeing all fraud reviews, I stopped my CFA from paying a DD of 12 Lac even after preparation of the same. Our journey to new delhi was fixed on 14th June. I am now sure that I am not going to get my salary and expense. My Mom is a cancer patient. I cant see her dying without treatment. Mirik Health Foods can answer all positively because they do have a well-managed manufacturing division. Mirik Health Foods is synonymous to Ayurveda because it manufactures the best and quality Ayurveda products including medicines to treat different diseases.

As per my earlier complain i have got 15/16 calls from different parts of the countrt regarding mirik. By any chance if any one of you got trapped by this company check the following matters:-

1. Ask the company about different c&fa/ distributors name and number, they will never provide as they don:t have any such c&fa in any where in india.

2. Check mca( ministry of corporate affairs) portal and you will found their paid up capital is only 1 lac rupees !!! But they are claiming as their to is 87 crores.

Hope with this two points you will be assured about their forgery.

Hi Friends, Please do not at all fall prey to this company. I have been cheated by this company. Their modus operandi is simple. They would call the candidates and take an interview which is done by a lady called Renuka. Then they will offer a high position and big salary which normally the candidate wouldnt refuse. Then they would call you for training in Delhi and promise you that they would pay you To & Fro charges and also the hotel stay which they would never do. Then in the training Renuka will introduce you to a big time b*****d who is the AGM Mallick. He will insist you to make c&f agent at a cost of Rs.25 lakhs. Their main agenda is recruit people without paying them the salary or any other expenses and collect Rs.25 lakhs for the c & f agent. These guys will never ever pay you a single rupee, because i have been cheated by them and luckily i did not make any c&f agent, or else my life would have become hell. PLEASE DO NOT ACCEPT THEIR OFFERS AT ANY COST FRIENDS. THEY HAVE CHEATED MANY PEOPLE ACROSS INDIA. THANK U
