This is to raise a serious complaint regarding extremely unprofessional behavior by your staff member, Pinki.

This is the second time I have faced such a disappointing experience from the same individual. Today, I placed an order for a softy and waited for over 10 minutes, despite being the first customer to order. Shockingly, she chose to serve customers who arrived after me, completely ignoring my order and presence.

There were hardly 3 customers at the counter, yet she neither managed the queue properly nor showed basic courtesy. Instead, her behavior was rude, dismissive, and highly disrespectful. She was not even willing to listen or respond properly.

This kind of attitude towards customers is completely unacceptable. What is even more concerning is that this is a repeated incident involving the same staff member, which clearly shows a lack of accountability and training.

If customers are made to wait unnecessarily while being ignored and treated rudely, it reflects very poorly on your service standards. Immediate action must be taken to address this issue. Proper training and strict disciplinary measures are required to ensure such behavior is not repeated.

Kindly treat this matter seriously and take necessary corrective action at the earliest.
