I booked a parcel on 16/6/17 by thorigh udaipur shalimar express from udaipur to bilaspur.
On 21st june when i reach to parcel office i came to know that one one parcel was unloaded and one parcel of wooden toys was not unlaiod also lady at parcel office as per her they are taking any responsiblty of the paracel for them its mila to kal mil jayega nahi to 06 mahine tak nahi milega.
