I have booked my gas refill on 23rd June 2014 and still waiting for the delivery. On the computerized phone, they have marked it delivered on June 26th 2014. When I called customer care why it is telling me delivered when it is not then they told me that it can happen. Wait for specified time limit of 7 days and then register your complain. I have waited on 7 days and then complaint on the toll free number for the same. They are now saying that an email has been sent to the distributor and now I need to wait till today 5 PM and after that I need to file complaint again.
I think they are not serious for their consumers. I have google for Mithala Gas Agency and found many consumer complaints about the same and for the same reasons. I am not able to understand why action is not initiated against the gas agency till date. Was this information helpful? |
