Non delivery of gas cylinders

I have booked my gas refill on 23rd June 2014 and still waiting for the delivery. On the computerized phone, they have marked it delivered on June 26th 2014. When I called customer care why it is telling me delivered when it is not then they told me that it can happen. Wait for specified time limit of 7 days and then register your complain. I have waited on 7 days and then complaint on the toll free number for the same. They are now saying...

The cylinder supplied has less gas

Dear Sir
I am a customer of Mithila gas agency Sector 19 Noida (Indane gas distributor) .The gas cylinder supplied has less gas and normally my gas cylinder is sufficient for 1 month but this month it has worked for 11 days only . It seem sthat there is some liquid filled in it and less gas has been supplied to me .The cylinder is with me .Kindly get it cheked .

Delay in Gas Booking/ black marketing of Gas

Mithila Gas Agency has a strange policy that they don't book a cylinder till the expiry of 25 days of delivery of the first cylinder. Due to this, we were out of gas. The cost of cylinder in black market is Rs. 600 as confirmed by a delivery boy of the gas agency. I suspect that the reason for the delay in delivey is that genuine customer's cylinders are being sold in the black maket at a substantial premium. Please investigate...

Non receipt of gas cylinder

Mithila Gas Agency has a strange policy that they don't book a cylinder till the expiry of 25 days of delivery of the first cylinder. Accordingly, we had booked our cylinder on the 6th Nov after the delivery of the first cylinder on 11th Oct. Even after booking on the 6th, we have not yet received the cylinder till date (11th Nov) Now we are out of gas and we don't want to encourage the black market in cylinders which is rampant...
