Mjp Rohilkhand University — allotment of two seats and deduction of fees twice

Dear sir/madam
I would like to inform that due to transaction errors I made payment two times on 15 june.I received no update for the same after payment
Now I received notification for allotment of two seats and deduction of fees twice.
Kindly suggest way to cancel one seat and get its fees refunded.
pls refund my one seat fee.
