I completed my B.com from TMU and opted for M.Com(Private) in MJP University, College- Raza degree college, Rampur. I submitted my Migration certificate from TMU to MJP while completing my M.Com after that I opted for B.Lib in MJP University College - S.L. Education Institute, Moradabad. Since, I have completed my last course (M.Com) private I will not be provided a transfer certificate. But the S.L. Institute is asking for a Transfer Certificate....
