Mjp Rohilkhand University — Examination fees deducted from account but not reflecting in form

I've submitted my exam fees of Rs. 2050 in date 02/11/2023 against transaction Id of 618106. The transaction is showing complete in my account, but not reflecting on examanation form page, which is asking to repay the complete fees.
