Mjp Rohilkhand University — I'm complaining about the issue coming in filling my examination form

I am Anurati saxena (registration number M22P848141) M.Sc environmental science student. iwant to say that i am trying to fill my m.sc 1st semester form from last 3 4 days but each time the same error(Duplicate last qualification roll number found) is coimg and its not resolving...

kindly see this.i have tried your given helpline number hundreds of time but no one is responding it...
