Mmd Mumbai — CDC renewal sticker not dispatched, more than 45 days

With due respect I Anal Mondal bearing INDOS No. 09EL4438, CDC No. MUM210693 has applied for CDC renewal on 3rd may 2022, application No. SMO(M)/2022/22262875. My application has been approved for more than 30 days but thereafter there has been no update regarding the issue and dispatch.

Knowing your busy schedule, this is a gentle reminder to kindly issue and dispatch the CDC sticker at the earliest, so that I can have a smooth joining next week.
