Good Day Sir, I Basuraja Ambiger having indos no 14EL3305 have sent my documents and certificates via speed post for verification for class 4 steam assessment on 02/11/2020 still today they have not replied to my emails about the status of my assessment and certificates, As I need to answer if I have to board ship, since my company is asking me for what is your assessment status.Everyday I email to mmd Mumbai and they don't reply my email.please provide me the status of my assessment sir.i hope you will do the needful.

1. I have applied for Indian CDC in MMD Mumbai in Dec 2009 than my document were returned stating INDOS number not indicated . I have taken INDOS number and again resubmitted on 23 Jan 2010. I have been visiting to MMD office regularly. The inquiry person says your verification have been not received than I asked him where you have sent it he said to DG Panama when I have inquired from DG Panama and Panama consulate they said we have not received any letter. there is a on line verification on our site, than again on 23 march I have gone to MMD office for inquiry then he said what ever is our requirement is not available on their site we will send letter come after 20 days. where as the person after my file number has been received their verification. Sir again I have visited to MMD on 30 March for inquiry it was same reply that we will send letter for verification’s I REQUESTED THEM TO SEE THE SHIPPING MASTER BUT THEY DONOT ALLOW ME TO SEE SHIPPING MASTER.

2. Sir I request you due to non receipt of my Indian CDC I am facing lot of financial physical hard ship.

3. It is therefore requested that THIS CASE MAY BE INVESTIGATED AND WHY IT IS HAPPENING LIKE THIS AND my CDC may be issued earliest at avoid embarrassment and hardship being faced by me.

4. I have visited again to MMD on 05,15,16 and 20 Apr 2010 again same reply verification not received we have sent it again on 22 Mar 2010. I asked where you have send verification then he said it is confidential I cant tell you.

5. On 05 Apr one gentleman came from inside he also noted my file number in his diary again same gentleman came one day and said I don’t want see you again.

6. It is requested that can you give me file No date and address to whom it is sent for verifications.
7. This is the reply from panama maritime authority (certification department ) is enclosed herewith with this. Sir I have sent this information to the shipping master email also by his personal name and kind attention

I have been applied for Indian CDC in Jan 2010 but the verification is not received from your side this is said by MMD Mumbai department as I am facing financial and physical hard ship to visit MMD Mumbai regularly to esquire about my cdc status they said the have been send twice one on 15 Feb 2010 and second 0n 22 Mar 2010.

2. It is therefore requested that letter may be cheeked at your end my verification may please be sent earliest to MMD Mumbai. If you have not been received letter for verification from MMD Mumbai. Please reply by return Email to me and MMD Mumbai also that you have not received any letter from them.

3. It is further also requested that my certificate number may please be displaced on your seafarer data to avoid confusion to recruiter that it is not a fraud document.

4. It is essential to have national CDC therefore I am waiting for my Indian CDC.

Sir,

I send a mail on 04 Sep 2013 but I did not receive any reply therefore I am sending oncemore.
I, ANEESH BABU C S, submitted my original CDC (MUM 195187) on
29/07/2013 for renewal. During submission it was informed that I will
get the CDC within 20 days. But I did not got the CDC till now. Due to non receipt of original CDC I could not join the ship (SCI as Trainee) So I

kindly request u to inform the present status of my CDC and for making
inquiry about any postal delays, I kindly request for the postal
register number of my CDC.
