Mmd Mumbai — Meo class 4 exam application form not processed or delayed

As MMD mumbai is not processing my application, I cannot give my class 4 exam in Feb 2024 as I cannot book it on Feb 1st, this is a prior intimation and also contacted them via email with no reply, don't know y they are delaying the review of documents of candidates.
