MNIT JAIPUR — For refunding my NIT special round participation fee

I am ccmt counciling registered student.And I also participate for 2 special rounds.I pay seat acceptation fee of rs 15000 for special rounds but I not get any seats in both special rounds.As per rule of ccmt, fees will be refundable.But I don't get that. Please refund my participation fees
