Mobikwick — Amount not refunded

Dear Sir,
I am Bhavin Patel [protected]
I have Received 5000/- from Rohit Patel to My Mobikwick wallet before 4 day
and i have transfered 500/- to my Bank and than 4500/- to Rohit Patel but Due to Some Error He was unable to accept my Money and than it was return to my wallet
But After so many Complaints Company call me regarding this issue and he said
There is No transaction and you have not added any money to mobikwick

But I have That transaction in my history and also in Rohit Patel's History That he send me 5000/-

Please help me out on this
