On my behalf MOBIKWICK has booked gas cylinder on April 18, 2021 at 1.40.13 PM at phone : [protected] (BPCL) which is referred to M.C.PATEL & CO, PETLAD-388450 with TRANSACTION ID: MK[protected] and Transaction is settled to distributor with UTR: CMS[protected], Assigned: INFIBEAM AVENUES LIMITED 02.Dealer denying the receipt of amount every time (five times) I call and at the same times I have lodged the complaints -five times but no response -they just passing times 48 hours multiply by 5.It already passed 13 day I am not getting refund from MOBIKWICK for which I requested. I doubt MOBIKWICK has send money or not to dealer at phone:[protected]. REQUESTED TO MOBIKWICK FOR REFUND Rs.816 which is not paid to gas dealer Was this information helpful? | |

May 01, 2021 Updated by Vinpate issue is not resolved as my money held at Mobikwick who is pretending as they send money to gas dealer by giving fake transaction and transaction settlement numbers/id. If they really sent the money to gas dealer at phone:[protected]BPCL) then Mobikwick has to make gas dealer the confirmation of receipt of Rs.816. This gas dealer at[protected]BPCL). This gas dealer is denying every times I called . Mobikwick has to execute reverse the transaction settlement, Ref. transaction settled to distributor with UTR: CMS[protected], ASSIGNED : INFIBEAM AVENUES LIMITED 02 and Mobikwick has to refund my money Rs.816   | |
