Mobile E Mart — Product not delivered asking bank detail to refund

Paid 540 Rupees through my Kotak bank, OSPAYTM, Bank ref. no. [protected], for my order for mobile housing. 2 weeks they kept silence and no reply for question raised for the ordered item, now two days before they reply to my mail as no stock and need bank detail to refund, how can i trust these people when kept silence and 100 % looks cheaters on to my order, how can i offer my bank detail to someone unknown and not be trustworthy. product not delivered as suggested date, and no refund and no proper replies to the complaint. fraud people kindly take action on these kind of bad companies. losing money like me may be more people will be affected. please take action.
