Sir, i ordered tecno i5 mobile back panel in mobile e mart in 8th janvary.
still today also not delivired. order id[protected]. always show awaiting for shippment.

I requested Mobile E Mart to kindly refund my money back into my bank account. I have also sent the photo of my cheque to them so that they can refund my money back through online transfer. This company is not having the stock of the battery which I have ordered through their website.
Kindly help me to get the refund asap so that I can buy the battery from other stores. As per the Mobile E Mart, this battery was supposed to be delivered till 21/12/2020. I ordered this Battery on 11/12/2020 and made the payment on the same day.
