Product not delivered asking bank detail to refund

Paid 540 Rupees through my Kotak bank, OSPAYTM, Bank ref. no. [protected], for my order for mobile housing. 2 weeks they kept silence and no reply for question raised for the ordered item, now two days before they reply to my mail as no stock and need bank detail to refund, how can i trust these people when kept silence and 100 % looks cheaters on to my order, how can i offer my bank detail to someone unknown and not be trustworthy. product...

Fraud

Don't buy any item from this site, this is fraud, I ordered a tablet and I get a mobile 3G chinese which does not support any SIM. My request to all is not to buy any item from this site. They better ask for they should ask for financial support and not cheat people like this...

My money is not being Refunded back into my bank account

I requested Mobile E Mart to kindly refund my money back into my bank account. I have also sent the photo of my cheque to them so that they can refund my money back through online transfer. This company is not having the stock of the battery which I have ordered through their website.
Kindly help me to get the refund asap so that I can buy the battery from other stores. As per the Mobile E Mart, this battery was supposed to be delivered...

Paid for product but not delivering

I paid 2999/- for my coolpad A8 mobile combo as my display ha broken.Since the day I ordered they are switched off or not picking up my phone.Tried to contacted through email but they are saying we will deliver.Its 10 days crossed as per them its 3 to 5 days for online payment customers.
