Mobile Fun Ltd — No Delivery till date

Order ID - 3896652 I had placed this order on 10th June 2014 and have paid through credit card. There has been no intimation till date if this order is shipped or not and on their website, it shows status as Unknown against the order. I even opened 2 tickets against their customer care Ticket ID: PPB-677666 Ticket ID: VLQ-762947 For both the above tickets, I have never received a reply from their customer care. I require my refund from them but no one is responding even. Worst company ever.!!!
