I had placed an order for xperia 1 iii charger Total 4 units, but i placed two orders of 2 units each with a total of 4 units.

After the orders were placed I received confirmation by email. But the email had the order number of a previous order which was placed on 2nd December and later cancelled by me as i was supposed to travel, i also received a full refund.

The new order was placed on 2nd January, The amount was deducted from my account(please refer to attachments)
A total of £123.62

Please refer to the attached files i have attached the bank transactions, refer with your accounts team. and please issue a full refund.

Your people have not responded for to any emails since 1 month.

    5. Total cost of items ordered: rs 2626.99
    6. Estimated shipping date-tomorrow, monday, 01/29/2018.
    7. Message i received: online payment: your order has been successful. The order was paid by credit card.

    I want to know why my item/product was not delivered on 29th jan 2018 and what is the present status my item

    I am really sorry to see and hear how upset you are about the fact that we could not deliver the same day.

    As mentioned by yourself at point 6. Estimated shipping date-tomorrow, Monday, 01/29/2018.

    That means we promise to ship/ dispatch on 29.01.2018 which we did.

    Also, according to the description of the postage methods we offer we mentions the following:

    Priority Tracked Mail Service ₹ 1150.00

    A fully tracked service from dispatch to delivery. Expected delivery will be 5-10 working days after dispatch.

      On 23rd of october i placed order for two things with product id 64937 and 64846 @ 1355.98 + priority tracked mail service @ 1150 rupees. I received confirmation mail for order id 6351232 later i received email that package is dispatched with tracking number la[protected]gb royal mail service on 24th of october but i am unable to track it from royal mail website. My complaint is if i have paid for tracked service why i am unable to track it secondly customer service of mobile fun not responding to my mails.

      Contacted customer care by email as i was unable to track item and they replied that they have investigated and found item lost so they send me an email containing form for refund so i filled it and later received email that refund initiated and after five days it got credited in my account.

      Thanks for raising this issue with us and really sorry for the inconveniences you have encountered with this order.

      Indeed, the delivery method chosen was supposed to be tracked but, as it can be seen at this link: https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/tracking-results/LA[protected]GB, the courier has some technical issues.

      We understand this is not your fault hence on 04.11.2017 one of my colleagues processed a full refund for your order.

      Please let us know if, by any chance, the parcel arrives with you.

          I have made the full payment of rup 8000 and ordered an earphone called advsound model 3. They have not sent any mail to me confirming the order or payment. I can't see my order on my profile. I have sent an email to them but i'm not sure if i'll get any response. I just hope you guys take care of this. Every time i want to track my order they're saying i need order id which i haven't received. Please help

              Kindly find the attached fill-up claim form along with product details of item i had order.
              I visited at our local post office once again i. e. at hinjewadi infoteck p. o. they have delivered this item of tracking number lw[protected]gb to another person at different postal address. (it’s sent to shubham sharma at kalpataru society at same area) as per post office my shipping address was not mention on the parcel even though the tracking id mention on that parcel is same.
              For the product reference no. 56190 (verus dandy leather style iphone 6s plus/6 plus wallet case-brown) on mobile fun in my account it shows me my order id 5689415 with tracking id lw[protected]gb. if you want, you can check my mobilefun account or refer attached pdf for your reference. but at our local post office they have received one item with same tracking id i. e. lw[protected]gb but with different name & shipping address there for they have delivered it to another concern person as mentioned on the posted parcel.
              It means there is some mistake from your side because on my account it shows me one tracking id & at post office they receive with same tracking no with different name & shipping address even i don’t know the item is same or different.
              But fact is by paying money in advance (i. e. rs 2644.95) for the order i have not received my order till now & facing problem like this. i have contacted you several times for the same even visited local post office 3 to 4 times just a wastage of time & money with lots of trouble. i strongly fill my big mistake by ordering item from mobilefun.
              Therefore i kindly request you to cancel my order & refund my total amount of rs 2644.95. to my account.
              Hope you will resolve my problem as soon as possible.

                My order no 5689415 dated 27/7/2016 with tracker id lw[protected]gb through royal mail it shows item is delivered but i still not yet received my item, i went to local post office they are saying it is not yet received.
                On mobilefun it shows item will be received you after 7-10 working days but its not happening like this. Then what is the use of priority mail service? With shipping charges is almost equal to item cost still not getting item on time.

                I have ordered it on 27/07/16 & still waiting for it. Even i asked about it through mail still not received any feedback.

Please take some strict actions against these type of fraud companies. These websites should be banned so that no more people like me suffer anymore. These companies steal our hard earned money. Please don't buy any products from this website, it's my request to all.

                      I tried to order two items from the site. I went through the procedure. Entered everything and all details asked. During payment page I entered the necessary information. My credit card also got charged but the order was not placed. I think this is fraud. I have registered a complain on the same website but there is no response at all. I may have to register a legal complain against the website.

                        Hello Anjum, I am going to try to explain what happened, so please read through, and if you still are not sure contact me again. We use Defer payment with Secpay. What that means is we clear the total first with your bank, and debit only when the items are in stock and have been shipped to you. But as the item that you ordered was out of stock the order was cancelled, and never dispatched. Sothat when on June 4 your order was made, and a "Defer payment" was registered on secpay. This isn't a real payment, its just money cleared with your bank which corresponds with your order total. So please check your bank account again, but not through an app as they often don't detect the difference. Please contact me if you can't find trace of the payment! Kindest Regards, Marina

                          I made a transaction for the below mentioned product. My bank has confirmed with the transaction id that the payment has been successfully made but when the sit displayed a message that the payment declined which certainly raises a question of fraudulent activity.

                          There is no order showing in my account details with this ecomm site nor any confirmation email or text message while the only details that i received was from my bank on the payment confirmation.                             Order ID: 5421958 placed for the above product was confirmed including receipt of payment. On 5/3/2016 another e-mail received from the companay states that the product had been shipped on 4th. When tracked on 8th, 11th and 13th, the status was available upto 5th only. When contacted Ticket IDs were given as HHY[protected] and DJF[protected]. Again contacted on 13/3/2016. reply awaited. There has been no information about the scheduled/expected date of delivery.

                              Hi, My name is Sandeep kaushik and i ordered a LG G4 back cover from in.mobilefun.com on 23rd Nov. 2015 and the order number is 5169400.I have paid 850 rupees for fast service and while placing the order it mentioned that it will be delivered within 4 to 5 working days Now when I got the tracking number LW[protected]GB but as per tracking info the product was received in Delhi from UK on 26th Nov. 2015 and afterwards there is no update. I wrote to their customer care team twice ticket no. NYS[protected] and SQC[protected] but there is no reply on their end. They do not have any contact number of Indian customer care. I have no idea how to reach them or get my money back as i have paid Rs. 3369.49 for this transaction.                                   Hi, My name is Sandeep kaushik and i ordered a LG G4 back cover from in.mobilefun.com on 23rd Nov. 2015 and the order number is 5169400.I have paid 850 rupees for fast service and while placing the order it mentioned that it will be delivered within 4 to 5 working days Now when I got the tracking number LW[protected]GB but as per tracking info the product was received in Delhi from UK on 26th Nov. 2015 and afterwards there is no update. I wrote to their customer care team twice ticket no. NYS[protected] and SQC[protected] but there is no reply on their end. They do not have any contact number of Indian customer care. I have no idea how to reach them or get my money back as i have paid Rs. 3369.49 for this transaction.

                                  I am not interested in waiting for the product for which i have paid Rs. 850 ($13) which was supposed to be delivered by 29th Nov. 2015.
                                  Just Return my money or i will be forced to file a case in Consumer court by 14th Dec. 2015.

                                  I will wait by 11th December to get my money back in my account or i will file a case and share it with you.

                                  I am a lawyer by profession and i will sue you under Consumer Protection Act, 1986.

                                  Consider this as my last warning as next you will hear via legal notice from District Consumer Dispute Redressal Court.
                                  I have also attached the tracking which ended on 26th Nov. 2015.

                                    I ordered one cover for phone and a smart stand and the order number is 5109316 and paid 850 rupees for fast service and while placing the order it mentioned that it will be delivered within 4 to 5 working days . I got the tracking number but as per tracking info the product was received in Delhi from UK on 30th of october and afterwards there was no update. wrote to their customer care team but no reply. Talked to their UK customer care and they have no clue and told me to wait for 20 days to receive the order and they do not have any answer as to what happened to the product after it reached Delhi and they do not have any contact number of Indian customer care. All the info given on the website are false and looks like this website is fraud one. I now only hope that the product will reach me, don't know when.

                                      Order Number: 5062627 Order Date: 4 October 2015 - 11:37 Order Amount: ₹ 4621.99 Order Status: Order status unknown as of today 9-Oct-15. Payment debited from CC at the time of placing order Product: Official Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 Book Cover - Titanium Bronze Expected Shipping Date: 10/05/2015 I paid Rs.850 extra for Priority Tracked Mail Service. Which says delivery will be 5-10 working days after dispatch. I have completed Security Check form twice, once on 4-Oct-15 and 2nd time on 8-Oct-15 (thinking that it might expedite shipping). I also raised ticket on 6-Oct-15 to know the order status but no response till today 9-Oct-15 (Ticket ID: CZD[protected] Now I am completely clueless, where is the order, there is no status update provided by MobileFun, No response on tickets, No contact number to call. I feeling as if my money gone into drain. Can someone help here. Mukta Verma

                                        After paying full money from my credit card at 07/08/2015, i have not received product, mobile fun india mail me that payment was blocked by bank along with some security questions, i talked to bank they confirmed the scussful payment of 1890.99 INR.please either send the product or refund my money as soon as possible.

                                        I have come across a similar situation. The payment has been deducted but no order placed and the site sayd payment declined. What atrocious service is this???? my bank has confirmed that the payment has been made successfully for INR 3905. I have raised a fraudulent case for this company. Hope to get a resolution on this by the consumer forum.
