I had ordered for a phone cover for iphone 11 from this webiste - https://www.Mobilegorilla.In
but to my amaze after receiving the product i realised that not only did they send a completely different design to what i ordered but they also sent the wrong product(my order was for iphone 11, they sent cover for iphone 11 pro)
on noticing the same i immediately tried to call their helpline number which is mentioned on their website - [protected]. But after tring multiple times, i realised that the number is never working. Thus i tried to mail them my concerns, but all my mails have gone unanswered.
Now i am sitting with a cover that i cant use and have without my money getting refunded Was this information helpful? |
