The phone cover I ordered for my iPhone 13 pro max from this webpage - https://www.Mobilegorilla.In It has been almost 10 working days since my order was placed. I have reminded their customer service several times about my order, but there is no response from them.

If you could please help me figure out how to get my money back or how to contact their customer service department.

I had ordered a cover for iPhone 13 pro and made the payment online.
Though the site claimed I would get my tracking Details once the Oder is shipped, I received no updates.
Today I got the order delivered through ship rocket and they were asking me to pay for the order.
I refused to pay as I had paid online and showed the delivery executive proof of payment. He took the order back saying I have to contact my seller.br...

I haven’t received the product and they have already taken the payment and provided with a fake tracking ID that does not exist....

I had ordered a one plus 6t cover and received a wrong cover. As per the return policy on the website, I mailed for return withing 7 days after delivery but there is no response till now and the contact number is not coming valid....

I have ordered a iPhone 11 case and received 11pro case . As per their website sent multiple emails to return the product and tried calling them multiple time but the number never worked it’s a fake website. I request the consumer forum to take action against this scammer.

I had ordered 11 pro leather case in black colour but received brown colour. I have emailed them several times to replace the colour but all the emails are unanswered. There is no contact details shared anywhere so i can atleast talk. Such an expensive product without any assistance for customer is bad review from my side. Please be careful with this kind of company as you may loose if not received correctly. They have purposely not mentioned...

but to my amaze after receiving the product i realised that not only did they send a completely different design to what i ordered but they also sent the wrong product(my order was for iphone 11, they sent cover for iphone 11 pro)
on noticing the same i immediately tried to call their helpline number which is mentioned on their website...
