India Time shopping — poor customer service

My advice to fellow online shopper to desist from shopping from Indiatime shopping. They offer discounts to entice consumer and then ride on them as if the consumers are their owned property!
I bought a mobile through this website and was immediately disappointed to note the delivery date good 14 days from the date of purchase! In today's age who takes 14 days to ship the product wihtin India?
I made a total of 5 calls between 13th March to 19th March - all requesting for an earlier delivery as I am suppose to travel outside country from next week. Each time there was standard reply that we shall try. Next time I call again same discussion and without any cognisance to my earlier request. Yesterday when I called one Mr Salman took the call who actually went on to argue with me that why I am complaining about service as this is what they are providing! When I sought to speak to his boss one Ms Swati Dadlani, I was told she is not available (at 11-15 am on 18th!). Iwas assured of the dispatch yesterday at 4pm. Since it did not happen, I called up again and sought to talk to Ms Swati. Again I was told that she is not available (5-15PM on 18th). When I insisted to talk with somebody senior, quite reluctantly I was connected to one Ms Priyanka, Asst Manager. She came across quite customer friendly and informed that she would personally look into the same and revert to me with a feedback.
Nothing changed in next 12 hrs and now I had made my latest call. This time one Mr Dinesh took the call, whom I explained the whole storey and requested to connect me to Ms Ankita. After a minute on hold, came the usual reply - she is not available!!
So guys! do think over before you intend to purchase stuff from this site. I have been a frequent purchaser from various online sites including ebay, flipkart etc. But now I understood the value of a professional outfit and a fly by night one!!
