[Resolved] Naaptol / Xelectron — xelectron w007 tablet display problem | |||
sir i bought xelectron w007 gsm sim calling tablet with order number 4533593 and cash on delivery with one year warranty on aug 06 2012.now there is display problem,one purple line is coming in display which is increasing day by day in lower half of the tablet.when i contacted naaptol customer care i didnt get proper response and they repeatedly cut the phone after hearing the complaint.atlast someone in cust care gave xelectron cus care number and i phoned them and they sent me a mail to send tablet back to naaptol ware house for repair/replacement and i contacted phone numbers which was given in mail to contact for further queries,they told me there was no information about that and they told me to contact xelectron peopleonce again,and they once again they told me send tablet to xelectron service center ghaziabad,which is different address. now i am totally confused where to send the tab for repair.whenever i call naaptol with all the problem they tell that they have noted complaint and their service executive will contact with in 24 hrs .i have called somany times no call has come from past 10 days.kindly guide me in this regard. thanking u dr sandeep Was this information helpful? | |||
