6 MONTH BEFORE I BOUGHT A NOKIA C-02 HANDSET. AFTER 6 MONTH IT GVE ME NET PROBLEM SO I CONTACT NOKIA CARE SERVICE AT JAGRAON. THEY TOLD ME UR PHONE IS DEAD SO WE WILL REPAIR IT .. I SAID OK U TAKE IT AND COMPANY TOLD TO TAKE IT AFTER 3 DAYS. AFTER 3 DAYS I WENT TO SERVICE CENTRE ND THEY TOLD ME AFTER 3 DAYS ANOTHER. OK AGAIN I WENT BUT NOTHING HAPPEN. SO THEY GVE ME ANOTHER CHANGED MOBILE WITHOUT BATTERY TO ME ND SAID U TAKE THIS COMPANY HAS CHANGED UR MOBILE SET. ND SAID TAKE BBATTER AFTER 3 DAYS AGIAN .WHEN I REACHED AT HOME ND PUT ANOTHER BATTERY IN THAT PHONE IT DIDN'T ACCEPT SIM CARD ND THERE WAS DISPLAY PROBLEM TO SET. SO I WENT AGAIN TO SERVICE CENTRE THEY TOL ME NEXT DAY THEY WILL GVE ME HANDSET ... NOW ITS 25 DAYS PASSED AWAY I DIN'T GET MY MOBILE BACK . WHEN I ASKED ABOUT MY PHONE THEY MAKES LAME EXCUSES..
