Hi,

I have given my nokia 5800 mobile for service of random automatic shutdown(primary) and display problem.
My camera and MMC side is not available when i hand over to them when i gave to them.
They have given job sheet and will give back in 3 days. After 3 days i followed up and they said will call me in in evening. After frequest followup they called me for unlocking mobile. I told my lock number and unloked. They told the issue is liquid lock and display problem. They told for liquid lock 450 and software update 200 = 650 is needed for service charge, For Display changing they need 2000 rs . I told no to display change, I asked liquid lock alone to be done. They said they can't do that alone. They will do liquid lock and software update for 650. I said ok.

After 4 /5 days i asked again for my mobile. They said to come to their place They given back with my mobile with camera button destroyed. Camera button not in phone. I told if you give another camera button, then only I will accept my camera. they told wait for another 3 days. They asked me to receive the bill and they will give the give new camera button after 2 days, . I disagreed. they told to wait for 3 days,

After 3 days, I called them and they told they are ready with new the camera button.
When i asked to get my camera, they have given my mobile with one old/(different color)Junk (damaged)camera button in my mobile. It dropped down when i rotated. I asked for new camera button. They disagreed to give and they gave back my mobile and they have job sheet. Please do the needful
